This means you can be assured of the quality of your product. You can select from more than 220 ingredients including vitamins, minerals, botanicals, and amino acids. We can make you a private label capsule using a single-ingredient such as creatine ethyl ester or you can use one of our custom formulas. If you prefer, you can build a custom formula.
Low Minimums for Custom Products
Many companies offer custom formulated supplements. However, most require a minimum of 100,000 to 300,000 capsules per run. So, you would have to purchase 1000 bottles from most manufacturers. However, at NuCare you can create your own product with minimum of just 100 bottles for capsules and 240 units for powders. This allows you to start your own label for a small investment and begin building your own brand.
Great Pricing
Low quantities often mean higher prices, but not with NuCare. Our unique just-in-time manufacturing process allows us to deliver great prices without large volumes. We can do this because we run through our raw materials quickly, and so we do not have to inventory hundreds of thousands of dollars.
In most instances our prices are 10-15% less than the competitors. This is a huge savings over traditional manufacturing savings over traditional manufacturing.
Fast Turnaround Time
Many companies require 6-8 week turnaround time for a custom formula. However, NuCare gives you a 4-week turnaround time on custom products and a 4-day turnaround for private label products.
We Print Your Custom Labels In-House
Private label companies typically use a generic-looking label and then print your name and contact information on that label. However, when it comes to your own product you want something unique that matches your store’s style and marketing efforts. Labels sell the product and there should be nothing generic or bland about your label.
NuCare’s art department is equipped with a state-of-the-art color digital printer. This allows us to print your customized labels only as needed. If you want 24 bottles, then we print 24 labels. Our graphics department can also help you develop your own label.
Traditionally, in order to print a customized label you need to purchase a minimum of 2,000 labels. These typically cost $0.25 per label, depending on the number of colors. Forget about waiting 3-4 weeks for labels to arrive. All you need to do is provide us a file and we will print the exact number of full color glossy labels needed for your job.
